Basketball Victoria Country encourages all country basketball associations and individuals within the country basketball community to submit nominations for the BVC Awards.
Each year the Awards recognise the valuable work of Victorian country basketball associations, as well as individuals from within the Victorian basketball community.
The Basketball Victoria Country Awards Breakfast, which will be held on Saturday 4 April 2020 at Bendigo Stadium.

BASKETBALL VICTORIA COUNTRY – ANNUAL AWARDS
Categories and Criteria
Section A – Awards for the recognition of athletes and coaches are developed through the participation area and coordinated by the Basketball Victoria Country Participation Coordinator in consultation with the BV High Performance Coaches – Country. (There are no open nominations for this section)
Section B – Awards for the recognition of associations and individuals highlight and celebrate those individuals and organisations that have excelled throughout the year.
Section C – Awards for the recognition of organisations, associations or individuals in the diversity and inclusion area.
Section D – Awards for the recognition of organisations, associations or individuals in the promotion of basketball.
Section E – Awards for the recognition of Associations and individuals in the Referee area are developed through the BVC Referee Development Officer in consultation with the BVC Referee Committee. (There are no open nominations for this section)
Section F – The nomination process for the Jack Terrill Medal is initiated by the BVC Awards Committee in September annually. The BVC Manager will distribute the nomination forms to all BVC Affiliated Associations, the BVC Commission and the BVC Committees.
