CBL Conference Preview – North West

ENTER the newcomers – our final CBL Conference Preview relates to our fourth, and newest, conference in the North West.

In the newly formed North West Conference, Horsham, other than the retirement of Brett Goodgame, has kept the majority of the core together while adding some youth to the roster. Bendigo have lost SEABL talent Daniel Hansen and Jake Cowling but have added Matt Andronicos to fill the void. Maryborough will look to Brady Neil again for scoring punch and leadership as they continue to progress juniors into the senior group.

In the North West Women’s Competition, the favourites are the Bendigo Braves. They bring in a fresh crop of juniors and will lean on their veterans, Madi Sexton, Hayley Harrington in an attempt to capture another title. The chasing pack of challengers all have quality rosters.
