We start tonight with Maffra versus Sale. The Maffra women, on the back of 3 straight losses have slid down the ladder to 4th and will be looking to get back in the winners column against the 6th place Sonics. In the mens matchup we get to enjoy the head to head match up between the 2 high scoring and highly talented guards, Maffra’s Sam Whelan and Sale’s Billy Hughes. Maffra are riding high in 2nd position after 4 wins in their last 5 matches while Sale are in the midst of a 4 game losing streak which sees them sitting in 7th position.

Two Gippsland juggernauts are in action on Saturday when Warragul host Traralgon. The Traralgon women and Warragul men both enter their respective matches with 8 game undefeated streaks and will be looking to finish 2017 off just as they’ve started the season.

Korumburra will head to Maffra on Saturday and host Moe on Sunday looking to continue their play from Round 9 where they picked up 4 solid wins in 4 matches.

On Sunday, Traralgon will host Sale which could be another thriller as the last time the mens teams faced off it resulted in a 2 point win for the T-Birds and Maffra host Bairnsdale to finish off a mammoth weekend for the Eagles.

In the North East, Shepparton head to Wodonga with the 1st placed Lady Wolves taking on the 3rd placed Gators. These two outfits have history and the Lady Gators will be looking to improve on the 27 point margin in their last meeting. The undefeated and ladder leading Gators take on the 3rd place Wolves, who have quietly won 4 of their last 5 games led by the stellar play of big man Josh McKay.

The womens match will see 2nd place (Bendigo) take on 3rd (Kyneton) with both teams entering the match with identical records and both with 2 game win streaks. Bendigo had their 4 game winning streak snapped in Mildura last weekend and will look to end Kyneton’s 2 game streak in a battle between the 2nd placed Braves and 5th placed Tigers.

Millicent have the toughest weekend ahead of them as they host the undefeated Mt Gambier Lakers men on Saturday and then face the undefeated Geelong Supercats women on Sunday.
